Excellence Manager to play a crucial role in business analytics,
business insights and sales force effectiveness of Novo Nordisk’s
business operations in Hong Kong and Macau. You will have the
opportunity to support the management for business planning, oversee
sales structures, design sales incentives and manage customer
segmentation, etc., providing exposure to strategic decision-making
and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment.
The Position
1. Business Intelligence
- Business analysis and reporting;
- Dashboard strategy and execution;
- Data management and validation;
- Forecasting and business case preparation for pipeline products;
- Competitor intelligence monitoring;
- Business insight generation.
2. Frontline Excellence
- Segmentation and targeting and customer list management;
- Sales Incentive design;
- Manage SFE tools and data;
- Set sales metrics and progress monitoring;
- Sales structure design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, science or related discipline is
required; Relevant master's degree is desirable;
- Fluency in both written & spoken English;
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical
or healthcare industry;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in analytical roles;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience at affiliate level;
- Experience of working in multinational pharmaceutical company is
highly preferred;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically;
- Business acumen, to practice forecasting and modeling in
pharmaceutical industry;
- Proactive with strong time management and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- A team player with ability to work collaboratively;
- Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business grow and to
advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery;
- Adaptability to work in a fast-pacing, dynamic working environment
and meeting tight deadlines.
