The
position
As a Sales Force Effectiveness and
Training Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Analyse sales force performance
and provide actionable insights.
-
Develop and implement targeting
and customer segmentation strategies.
-
Design and manage incentive plans
to motivate the sales team.
-
Optimize field force sizing and
territory allocation.
-
Drive adoption of CRM tools and
practices used by sales team.
-
Develop and deliver training
programs for the sales
team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can
bring the following qualifications to the table:

Proven experience in sales force
effectiveness and training.

Strong analytical skills and
experience with sales performance
analysis to measure performance and
develop actionable insights.

Experience with CRM tools and
driving CRM adoption.
-
Ability to design and deliver
effective training programs.
-
Fluent spoken and written Mandarin
and English is a prerequisite.

Strong organizational and
leadership skills.

Excellent collaboration skills to
work effectively with various stakeholders.
